In addition to the two bitcoin ETFs that were offered to Australian investors last month, 3iQ has launched another this week, 3iQ CoinShares Bitcoin Feeder ETF (BT3Q). This is listed on Cboe and is structured similarly to CBTC as it doesn’t hold bitcoin directly. Instead it acquires units of BTCQ, which is an ETF listed on a Canadian exchange. BTCQ, like BTCC-B, uses Gemini as the custody for their bitcoin holdings.
